Fast Anna colt goes gate-to-wire on Arlington Park turf
Top-10 First-Crop sire Fast Anna got winner number six at Arlington Park on Saturday afternoon when The Gray Blur won a one-mile turf maiden special weight contest for 2-year-olds.

With his six individual winners and two stakes winners, Fast Anna is in the top 10 on the 2019 First-Crop Sire list in several categories.

After an awkward start, The Gray Blur recovered quickly and led the field of nine into the first turn. Under a crafty ride from Florent Geroux, The Gray Blur set a very relaxed pace and repelled the challege of Flap Jack in the stretch to win by a half-length (VIDEO).

Bred by Woods Edge Farm LLC, The Gray Blur is the latest of five winners out of the graded stakes-placed Smart Strike mare Special Grayce. She is owned by Dare To Dream Stable.
