Sweet Bye and Bye is undefeated in four starts in 2018 after a convincing three-length win in Saturday's $100,000 Crowd Pleaser S. at Parx, the first stakes start for the 3-year-old Sky Mesa filly.

Competing against males for the first time, Sweet Bye and Bye was all business as she tracked Smooth B through six furlongs, the drew off with authority in the stretch to coast under the wire in 1:42.76 for the 1 1/16-miles on the firm turf (VIDEO).

The winner upped her record to 4-0-1 in five starts for owner Briardale Stables, with earnings of $136,700. She is the third stakes winner in the past four days for Sky Mesa.

Sweet Bye and Bye, bred by Joseph Imbesi, is out of Twiggles, a half-sister to Irish Oaks (G1) runner-up Miss Jean Brodie and graded stakes-placed Cara Marie.
