Spitefulness latest winner for Palace Malice
First-Crop sire Palace Malice chalked up his fourth juvenile winner on July 9 at Presque Isle Downs when Spitefulness scored a front-running five-furlong maiden special weight win (VIDEO).

Fastest away from the gate and never seriously threatened, the dark bay filly was a 2 1/4-length winner for Three Chimneys Farm, Blazing Meadows Farm and Katherine Cauthen. Three Chimneys and Doug Cauthen bred the filly in Kentucky.

The winner is the first listed foal out of Ekati's Phaeton, winner of the Davona Dale S. (G2) and Old Hat S. (G3) in 2015.
