War Chant Gets New SW

Three Chimneys stallion War Chant was represented by his 35th lifetime stakes winner when Tarooq sped to a swift victory in the Cleves Stakes, a listed race at Lingfield on February 22.

The 8-year-old completed the 6 f. contest in 1:08.94 on the all weather surface. He was stakes-placed in 2013.

Trained by David Barron, the gelding is owned by EPL Investments and was bred in the U. S. by Kirsten Rausing.

War Chant stands at Three Chimneys for a fee of $10,000.
