Due to the increased demand for event venues in and around Lexington during the Games, Three Chimneys has decided to make its facilities available for private events between September 25 and October 10.

Three Chimneys will have two venue options available on the farm. The larger venue will be a 40' x 60' tent, located at our renowned stallion division. Situated in a rolling pasture adjacent to the courtyard of our architecturally noteworthy stallion complex and overlooking the gentle hills of the farm's acreage, it will accommodate up to 17 tables of 10 people each (170 guests total) comfortably.

The second option will be located on our Big Sink Yearling Division on the edge of a shady walnut grove overlooking Big Sink pond and the surrounding yearling complex of pastures and distinctive barns. It will be furnished with a 30' x 30' tent and will seat up to 9 tables of 10 people each (90 people total) comfortably. Both options will have restroom facilities in close proximity.

Tables, chairs and the tent are included in the venue rental price. A list of catering companies that have been approved by Three Chimneys Farm will also be provided to aid in meal planning. All caterers come highly recommended and can provide sample menu options or work with groups individually to create a unique menu.

Other add-on options for events include a guest speaker from Three Chimneys Farm, a tour of the stallion complex, stallion show, etc. We are also open to suggestions and ideas regarding how we can help to welcome your guests and make their experience memorable.
