Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile (G1) winner Caleb’s Posse has a total of 8 juveniles from his first crop cataloged for the Sept. 14-26 Keeneland September Yearling sale, with the octet split evenly between colts and fillies.
Highlights of Caleb’s Posse’s Keeneland offerings include hip No. 1946, a filly out of the Well Decorated mare Well, the dam of current top sprinter Kobe’s Back and Jersey Shore S. (G3) Well Spelled; hip No. 2885, a colt out of eight-time stakes winner Formal Miss; and a hidden gem in hip No. 4025, a colt out of Love Always, who is a sister to Graded stakes winners Sea of Secrets, Love That Jazz (dam of four-time Grade 1 winner Society Selection), Fight for Love, and Dancing Jon.
Standing at Three Chimneys Farm for $5,000 live foal in 2015, Caleb’s Posse won over $1 million in his 3-year-old season alone, capturing the King’s Bishop S. (G1), Amsterdam S. (G1), and Ohio Derby (G3) before his stunning Breeders’ Cup triumph.
