All mares must have proper identification when being presented for breeding (halter or neckstrap with her name).

Uterine cultures, when required, must be taken within 30 days for 1st trip and subsequent to the last breeding date for the 3rd and following trips. A negative (Class 1) uterine cytology may be substituted in lieu of a uterine culture.

CEM and EVA Requirements: Three Chimneys Farm will comply with the 2026 regulations set forth by the USDA and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture pertaining to CEM and EVA.

Mares bred to Three Chimneys stallions must be vaccinated for Equine Herpes Virus Type-1 between 7- 90 days prior to breeding. Signature below warrants mare has been vaccinated and information on form is correct.

All terms and conditions of the Stallion Service Agreement for the mare are hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

The undersigned hereby expressly grants Three Chimneys Farm and its representatives the authority to tranquilize, reinforce or open the mare if deemed necessary or appropriate for the purposes of breeding the mare to the stallion.
