Top-five First-Crop sire Fast Anna got his third winner from just five starters Saturday at Woodbine when Fast Scene led nearly the entire way in a $80,000 maiden special weight race for 2-year-old fillies.

Fast Anna is one of only two Kentucky-based First-Crop stallions to have at least three winners to date.

Breaking very quickly out of the gate, Fast Scene took command after about 100 yards and quickly opened up by two lengths. The Tim Hamm trainee was never really seriously threatened after that, winning by 2 ½-lengths in a swift :57.04 for the five furlongs on the synthetic surface.

The Three Chimneys homebred (owned in partnership with her trainer) is out of the Empire Maker mare Scenic Drive, who is a full sister to stakes winner Supreme.
