Gun Runner’s Glory Me circled the field on her way to an effortless four-length maiden special weight win and become the latest TDN Rising Star for her sire.

The 2-year-old filly was making her career debut for trainer Cherie DeVaux and Lael Stables. She settled off the early pace down the backstretch, then had to check off horses going into the turn. After swinging out wide, she began passing horses with ease and came into the stretch with a full head of steam and left the field behind. She coasted under the wire eased up to finish the 6 ½-furlongs in 1:16.99 on a fast track.

Bred in Kentucky by Blue Heaven Farm, Glory Me sold to her owners for $975,000 at the 2024 Keeneland September Yearling sale. The regally bred filly is out of graded stakes winner Our Khrysty, who has eight winners, including Del Mar Debutante (G1) victress Grace Adler and Pimlico Special (G3) champ Pyrenees.
