Three Chimneys Farm announced today that Grade I winner Newgate has been represented by his first foal, a filly, born at Jody and Michelle Huckabay’s Elm Tree Farm in Paris, Kentucky on January 4th.

The chestnut filly is out of the mare, Pakhet, who was runner-up in the Grade 2 Jessamine Stakes, and is the dam of recent stakes winner, Spirit Doll, a 6-length winner of the Our Dear Peggy Stakes at Gulfstream Park.

“Newgate is a tremendous physical and covered a high-quality book of 180 mares in his first year at stud. He has all of the qualities breeders look for in a young stallion, being by a proven sire of sires and combining an exceptional physical with superior talent and brilliance on the racetrack. We’re very excited to have his first foals hit the ground,” said Rebecca Nicholson, Director of Stallion Nominations.

An $850,000 Keeneland September Yearling, the Grade 1 winning, Millionaire son of Into Mischief, was a precocious racehorse who earned TDN Rising Star status, breaking his maiden at first asking. The highlight of his career came in the Grade 1 Santa Anita Handicap.

Newgate received outstanding breeder support in his debut season, setting the stage for a highly anticipated first crop.

Newgate stands at Three Chimneys Farm in 2026 for a fee of $17,500 LFSN.
