Three Chimneys Farm’s homebred 2-year-old filly Magic Dance lived up to her lofty bloodlines in her June 7 debut at Churchill Downs, rolling to a five-length victory in the five-furlong contest while being subsequently named a TDN Rising Star.

Breaking from post 5, Magic Dance tracked the pace three-wide around the turn, then swiftly passed Josie at the top of the stretch to assume command and draw off down the lane to the get five panels in a swift :57.70 (VIDEO).

Magic Dance, a son of More Than Ready, is a half-sister to Guarana, who was also named a TDN Rising Star following her 14 3/4-length blowout debut win for Three Chimneys April 19 at Keeneland.

Their dam Magical World is a daughter of Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1) winner Pleasant Home and hails from the same family of Grade 1 winners Sky Beauty, Point of Entry and Pine Island.
