Three Chimney’s Rainha Da Bateria breezed Wednesday morning at Santa Anita Park in her final serious prep prior to the 1 1/16th Santa Ysabel S. (G3) on Saturday at the southern California oval.

The 3-year-old daughter of Broken Vow will be making her first start since the Blue Norther S., also at Santa Anita, on New Year’s Day.

Rainha Da Bateria drew post five of nine for Saturday’s $100,000 contest, which will be her first start on the main track. To this point, Rainha Da Bateria has collected wins in the Jessamine S. (G3) at Keeneland and a maiden race last summer at Saratoga.

In Wednesday’s work, Rainha Da Bateria went four furlongs in :48.40 and galloped out a strong 1:01. On Saturday, she’ll be toting the highweight of 121 pounds, including rider Tiago Pereira, who won the Dubai World Cup in 2010.

The Santa Ysabel, which goes as race 8 at approximately 7 p.m. ET, is worth 10 points Kentucky Oaks (G1) to the winner.
