Three Chimneys Farm will host its November open house and stallion show Tuesday through Friday, Nov. 9-12.

The farm’s seven stallions, headlined by 2017 Horse of the Year and 2021’s leading First-Crop sire Gun Runner, will be available for inspection each day from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch will be served daily.

Gun Runner has had a huge impact with his first crop. Led by Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) winner Echo Zulu and Hopeful S. (G1) winner Gunite, he leads the First-Crop Sire list in virtually every category and currently has progeny earnings over $3.5 million. His 2022 fee is $125,000 S&N.

Three Chimneys’ newest stallion the dynamic Grade 1 winner Volatile, who posted a 112, the fastest Beyer Speed Figure of 2020, covering six furlongs in 1:07.57. The winner of the Alfred G. Vanderbilt S. (G1) covered 181 mares in 2021, his first year at stud. His 2022 fee is $15,000 S&N.

Both Funtastic ($5,000) and Sharp Azteca ($5,000) will be represented by their first 2-year-olds in 2022. Grade 1 winner Funtastic, by More Than Ready, is a half-brother to Horse of the Year Saint Liam and to the dam of Gun Runner. Sharp Azteca was also a Grade 1 winner and earned more than $2.4 million.

Palace Malice ($12,500) had a Breeders’ Cup winner in his first crop and is a top-10 Third-Crop sire by winners. His biggest crop to date will be yearlings of 2022.

Sky Mesa ($12,500), the veteran of the Three Chimney’s roster, has more than 70 lifetime stakes winners and 140 stakes horses lifetime. The sire of five champions, Sky Mesa continues to get stakes-quality horses on both dirt and turf.

Rounding out the stallions available for viewing is Will Take Charge ($5,000), who is currently a top-five Fourth-Crop sire of 2021 with nine stakes horses and progeny earnings over $4.6 million.
