Lexi On the Move made a bold four-wide move into the stretch then drew off to win by nearly three lengths in a March 9 allowance race at Oaklawn Park, the second win in as many starts for the 3-year-old Fast Anna filly (VIDEO).

In a race very similar to her first outing on Feb. 15, Lexi On the Move broke well and was just off the pace before sweeping around horses and drawing away powerfully. She was geared down late to win by 2 3/4-length in 1:10.52 for the six furlongs on the fast track.

The winner is owned by Highlander Training Center and sold for $160,000 at the 2019 OBS June sale. She was bred by Three Chimneys Farm and is the first foal to race out of Invalida, who is a daughter of Grade 1 winner Malibu Prayer.

Fast Anna accounted for three stakes winners from his first crop in 2019 and has the stakes-placed 3-year-old Romanoff this year. The Grade 1-placed son of Medaglia d’Oro is standing for $10,000 stands and nurses this season.
